Abstract: In this article, we show the survey and H 1s spectra acquired with a photon energy of 400.02‚ÄČeV and H2(g) electron-energy loss of Ag 3d5/2 spectra with a photon energy of 451.3‚ÄČeV using high-resolution synchrotron-radiation NAP-XPS.
