Abstract: The coherence and imaging beamline I13 is dedicated to hard X-ray microscopy in direct and reciprocal space [1]. For both, lens and lensless imaging, two independent stations are operated at a distance of 250m from the source. The spatial resolution covered by the different techniques available at the beamline ranges from 5μm to potentially 5nm.
