Abstract: Different AlN nanosystems (NP) were investigated by using synchrotron radiation spectroscopy. Experiments were performed at the Synchrotron Radiation Facility of the Laboratori Nazionali di Frascati using X-ray absorption near-edge spectroscopy (XANES). Preliminary XANES theoretical analysis at the Al K edge is presented.
